Navigating DUI Requirements Can Be Overwhelming — We're Here

Navigating a legal charge and understanding all the court-ordered requirements—like ADIS, Victim Impact Panels, or DOL paperwork—can feel confusing and frustrating. But you don’t have to figure it out alone. refer you to a trusted provider who does—because your progress matters.

A Victim Impact Panel is a powerful, court-ordered educational session where DUI offenders hear real stories from victims and families affected by impaired driving. These panels aim to humanize the consequences of DUI and inspire lasting change.

🧾 Required by Law in Washington
Under RCW 10.01.230, Washington State courts may require DUI offenders to attend a certified Victim Impact Panel. These panels must meet specific standards, including live presentations from victims and a minimum 60-minute session

🎯 Why It Matters

  • Raises awareness of the real-life impact of impaired driving
  • Encourages empathy and accountability
  • Often a required step toward license reinstatement or court compliance

ADIS is a state-certified educational course designed for individuals referred by the court—often after a DUI or similar offense. It’s not treatment, but a powerful one-day class that helps participants understand the risks and consequences of substance use.

📘 What You’ll Learn

  • How alcohol and drugs affect your body and brain
  • The difference between use, abuse, and dependence
  • Washington State laws and DUI consequences
  • How to make safer, more informed decisions

 ⚖️ Legal Requirement
Under WAC 246-341-0746, ADIS is required for many DUI cases in Washington. It must be taught by certified professionals and include at least 8 hours of instruction, a post-test, and a certificate of completion

🎯 Why It Matters

  • Encourages better decision-making
  • Promotes public safety
  • Helps reduce repeat offenses
  • Often required for license reinstatement or court compliance

The Blue Form is an official document required by the Washington State Department of Licensing (DOL) to prove that a person has completed a substance use assessment and any recommended treatment or education—such as ADIS or a treatment program.

 ⚖️ Why It’s Important
If you've been arrested or convicted for a DUI, the DOL may refuse to reinstate your driver’s license until this form is submitted

 🖊️ Who Fills It Out?
Only a certified Substance Use Disorder Professionals or approved school instructor can complete the Blue Form. You cannot fill it out yourself.

 📬 Where It Goes
Once completed, the form is sent directly to the DOL to confirm your compliance with court-ordered or DOL-required treatment
